For those arriving early, we do have a few informal events planned, please feel free to come!

TBD - Golf - If you are interested in a round of golf please e-mail us! This will be at a local public course.

6:00 pm - Non-Hosted Dinner at Ranch Camp - We encourage anyone who wants to come to dinner to do so. The time will be informal and may change, and we are not reserving tables. We’d love to spend some time with you!

Friday

09:15-09:30 am Tee-Time - Golf - The Mountain Course, Lodge at Spruce Peak. $195/person, charged to your room. Please e-mail us if you are interested in playing!

Ceremony Attire: Evening Casual. Ties are not required.

5:30 pm - Private Wedding Ceremony for Family - The Lodge at Spruce Peak - Terrace

6:00 pm - Photo Shoot

7:00 pm - Courtesy transportation to the Matterhorn for Family Dinner - meet at South Wing Lobby

9:30 pm - Courtesy transportation back to the Lodge at Spruce Peak begins

Saturday - the Celebration!

10:00 am - Yoga on the Green, The Lodge at Spruce Peak - This is a free class open to the public. Please feel free to join!

Celebration Attire: Evening Casual. Ties are not required. Children are encouraged to wear what they find comfortable! Some are wearing princess or super hero costumes - this is not required, and is up to the kids.

6:00 pm - Cocktail Hour - The Lodge at Spruce Peak - Terrace

6:00 pm - Professional Childcare Available - The Lodge at Spruce Peak - Junior Ballroom, through 10pm

6:15 pm - Children’s Dinner - The Lodge at Spruce Peak - Junior Ballroom

7:00 pm - Dinner - The Lodge at Spruce Peak - Tamarack Ballroom

8:30 pm - 11:00 pm - Open Dance Floor - The Lodge at Spruce Peak - Tamarack Ballroom

11:00 pm - Taxi services will be available
